VARIETAL COMPOSITION

50% Aidani Mavro ,40% Mavrathiro and 10% Monemvassia, organically grown in “Damerale” vineyard of Moraitis Estate.

WINE MAKING

Skin contact for 1hr. Vinification in stainless steel tank at low temperatures and short ageing on its fine lees.

TASTING NOTES

Intense aromas of white flowers, red cherries, tangerine peel with notes of white pepper. Rich flavor on the palate, with red fruit and citrus notes being highlighted by its refreshing acidity and its long aftertaste.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS

Ideal as an aperitif but it can accompany green salads with fresh fruits, seafood risotto, shellfish, lobster spaghetti, sweet-sour Asian dishes.

Best served at 8-10℃
