Aged: 12 months in new French oak barrels & 6–8 months in the bottle

All the intensity of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah in full bloom. Its colour is a dense, dark ruby red. A complex, delicious wine, packed with the aromas of a very diverse bouquet: marmalades of dark fruits, black cherries, sour cherries, liquorice, peppery notes, and cocoa, with hints of ink and tarragon. In the mouth, it is voluptuous and rewarding, with rich tannins and refreshing, fierce acidity. Each sip has an incredibly lingering taste. The wine is suitable for long aging – those who can resist it and keep it in the cellar will be amply rewarded.

Enjoy with: Steaks, including T-bone, char-grilled tenderloin, other barbecued cuts

and char-grilled beef.

Serve at: 16 °C–17 °C
