Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé is a relatively recent addition to the Veuve Clicquot house’s range of labels. This champagne is made to be enjoyed over ice and a variety of garnishes at parties, bars or clubs instead of a cocktail. It can be served as a welcome drink at dinner parties or with dessert. Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé is vinified in the same way as the house rosé label, with a slightly lower content in reserve wines, relatively shorter maturation with yeast in the bottle and a selection of base wines with intensity and a richly fruity character. The goal is to create a fresh and aromatic champagne with a generous flavour. It also contains 15% red wine to give colour and added richness. Its main difference from the house’s other champagnes is in the sweetness (dosage), which is 60 g of sugar per litre.
Taste Experience:
Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé is a bracing champagne with a freshness and discreetly sweet and pleasant mouth. It is served in a large red wine glass with at least 5 ice cubes. It can be garnished with a variety of fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries, peach, pink grapefruit, watermelon and others.
