Vineyard: Located in Avlotopi (Tegea, Arcadia, Greece), the vines grow at an altitude of 750 meters with a north-west orientation on clay-rocky soil. Low yields per hectare are maintained to ensure quality and harvesting takes place in October for maximum ripeness of fruit.
Wine and Wine-making: Classic red wine vinification with a lengthy period of extraction lasting for 25 days. Aged for 15 months in new oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Deep red colour with pleasant aromas of red berries, vanilla, coffee, spices and toast. A rich palette combined with finely-structured tannins create a powerful wine that can be cellared for 10 to 12 years.
