Dry White Varietal Wine
Variety: Moschofilero from Nemea
Alcohol: 12% vol.
Appearance: Light yellow-white, almost transparent color with green hues.
Nose: Elegant aromas of rose petals, lemons blossom and citrus.
Palate: Fruity driven, refreshing mouthfeel, balanced with medium acidity and subtle aftertaste.
Grapes are hand-picked, they are then chilled to 7-8°C in cold storage, followed by pneumatic press and vinified according to classic white wine vinification. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 16- 17°C.
Serving Temperature: 9-10°C in a medium size wine glass.
Cellar Maturation:Best enjoyed fresh.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with almost any traditional Greek dish, seafood and pasta but also as an aperitif accompanied by fruit.
