Aged in charred white oak barrels for at least 10 years under the hot sun of the Caribbean \u2013 hence its deep golden hue. Its intense but balanced aroma includes hints of vanilla and caramel, while the rich flavour boasts gentle hints of nuts, banana and apricot, counterbalanced with caramelised vanilla and oak. Its exceptionally smooth aftertaste brings out the charred wood and caramel, as a result of the filtering carried out before it is allowed to age.
