\r\nAmyndeon viticulture zone.
\r\n\u201cSkantzochoiros\u201d
\r\nPlot \u201cSkantzochoiros\u201d (Greek for hedgehog) of the estate-owned, single vineyard, at an altitude of 620-710 m.<\/p>\r\n

Vinification \/ Aging:<\/strong>
\r\nDestemming is carried out without a crusher. This is followed by pre-ferment maceration (cold soak) for 2 hours, and alcoholic fermentation in graded temperatures. The wine sits on its lees for 3 months and is stirred in regular intervals. Last, it is subjected to the Saign\u00e9e method.<\/p>\r\n

Tasting Notes:<\/strong>
\r\nVivid pink with hues of salmon pink. The nose is fruity and aromatically rich. The mouth is quite balanced and full-bodied, oily, with an expressive aftertaste.<\/p>\r\n

Pairing: <\/strong>
