This vintage is an estate wine. It first appeared in 2009 as the makers wanted to take the winery\u2019s signature
\r\nsubtle flavour and intense aromas to the next level. To make the dream a reality,
\r\nthe winery\u2019s three main terroirs were expertly blended to capture
\r\nthe Ch\u00e2teau Minuty flavour in Rose et Or.<\/p>\r\n

\r\nHand-picked grapes all from the winery. HEV certification
\r\n(High Environmental Value) covering the entire winery
\r\nsince 2019 (160ha). Tangible proof of the winery\u2019s tireless
\r\nwork on a sustainable and quality process. Plot growth
\r\nwith specific ground cover subject to soil type. The grapes
\r\nare hand-picked when they are perfectly ripe and come
\r\nfrom three terroirs: Gassin, the winery site with its fantastic
\r\ncystalline schist, Vidauban, the long-standing site with its
\r\ndeep red clay and Ramatuelle, on sand with sea views for
\r\na light touch. Grenache accounts for 80% of the blend to
\r\nintensify the wine\u2019s body and is joined by Cinsault for
\r\nfreshness and Rolle for its salty and white fruit notes.
\r\n100% free-run juice selected by Jean-Etienne and Fran\u00e7ois
\r\nMatton in charge of the press.Free-run wine is run off into
\r\nbarrels by gravity then carefully racked and undergoes
\r\nalcoholic fermentation with drastic temperature control.
\r\nLike all Minuty ros\u00e9, no malolactic fermentation applies.<\/p>\r\n
\r\nTHE ROSE ET OR FLAVOUR<\/strong>
\r\nThis vintage is all about elegance; the aromas of sun-drenched
\r\nand freshly-picked ripe fruit ranging from vine peach and
\r\npear to melon. It\u2019s full and crisp on the palate, powerful
\r\nyet pure like flavoured spring water.<\/p>\r\n
\r\nTHE ROSE ET OR EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\r\nServe cold (8-10\u00b0) in summer and chilled (10-12\u00b0) the rest
\r\nof the year. The Rose et Or vintage\u2019s delicacy and body
\r\nmean it goes with a wide variety of dishes as it brings out
\r\nthe spices. We recommend seafood from prime locations
\r\nsuch as fleshy oysters, Madagascan prawns or shellfish
\r\nand exotic or Asian dishes such as pad thai or Creole rougail
\r\nstew. Rose et Or works beautifully with the creamy sauce
\r\nand chicken in a good Caesar salad or is ideal with a classic
\r\nstarter like melon and Parma ham. Bouillabaisse is a classic
\r\npairing. Fresh and young hard cheese. And tropical fruit
\r\nsorbet for dessert.<\/p>\r\n
