Variety Composition: 100% Agiorgitiko<\/p>\r\n

Vineyard: Area of Koutsi, Nemea.<\/p>\r\n

SOIL TYPE<\/strong>
\r\nChalky clay, semi-mountainous, at 350 meters altitude.
\r\nAge-plant formation: 12-25 years-old vines trained to bilateral cordon trellis system.
\r\nHarvest period: 2nd fortnight of September.<\/p>\r\n

WINEMAKING<\/strong>
\r\nClassic red vinification with a short maceration period of 5-6 days and aging for 8-10 months in oak barrels.<\/p>\r\n


\r\nTASTING NOTES<\/strong>
\r\nStrong aromas of red fruits and nuts with a touch of vanilla on the finish. Dry, soft, and velvety flavor. Ready to drink it young, but can also be cellared for 3 to 5 years<\/p>\r\n
