Following this, the base wine is bottled for the traditional method, and a secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle under controlled conditions. The wine matures on its lees for nearly two years, and the final stage includes riddling and the addition of Liqueur d\u2019Expedition.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>TASTING NOTES<\/strong><br \/>\r\nAn elegant and complex sparkling wine with a light yellow-green color and fine, persistent bubbles.
