The traditional method is used, with a second fermentation in the bottle and maturation on the fine lees for at least 9 months.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>TASTING NOTES<\/strong><br \/>\r\nAn elegant sparkling wine with a soft pink color and copper highlights.
