The first stage of fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, after which the must is transferred to barrels to complete fermentation. The wine remains in the barrels to age on its fine lees for 4-5 months.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>TASTING NOTES<\/strong><br \/>\r\nA rich wine with a complex palette. Toasty oak aromas mingle with varietal notes of apricot, peach, nectarine, and pineapple.
