Varieties: Agiorgitiko, Syrah

It has a complex, classic deep rosé colour with purple hues, and aromas of red fruit – strawberries, cherries, and raspberries – with hints of caramel. Tannins are present but refined in the rich, full-bodied mouth feel, with the acidity adding freshness and elegance. The long aftertaste is very rich, too.

Enjoy with: Red meat casseroles, grilled red meat, charcuterie, and all Mediterranean-style dishes.

Serve at: 10 °C–12 °C
