Variety: Agiorgitiko

A vibrant and playful rosé-coloured wine. Its expressive, juicy bouquet brings together strawberries, cherries, mixed berries, and bubblegum. The rich mouth feel is mildly fizzy and sweet, with refreshing acidity. The intense finish is fruity and sweet.

Enjoy: As an aperitif, with a light chocolate mousse, other white or milk chocolate desserts, yoghurt-strawberry parfaits, green salads with pomegranate and a honey dressing, fresh fruit, and fruit salads. Other pairings include creamy white cheese and Roquefort.
