WINE MAKING

Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperatures and short ageing on its lees.

 TASTING NOTES

Pale white yellow color with green reflections. Intense peach aromas with a lovely purity of fruit, crisp acidity and a fresh feel at the finish.

 PAIRING SUGGESTION

Green salads with light dressings, pasta with white sauce, fish on the grill
