Νorth east facing, at elevation of 150m, 4km from the sea at 10% slope. Soil: limestone, Age of vines: 13 years. Treatment: Under integrated agriculture management, no Pesticides, insecticides were used . Irrigation is applied in very rare occassions

Vιne makers notes
Only free run juice was used for this wine of limited production . Cold maceration for 16 hours . Fermented in concrete tanks and aged in a 500 lt French barrel for 2 months .

Tasting notes
Transparent colour with green hues . Floral on the nose with notes of acacia , glassy honey and white fruits. Strong balanced body ,zippy acidity with a long intricate , savory finish.

Serve at 8-10 C.
