In the context of the Spetses Classic Yacht Regatta 2026, which marks 15 years as one of the most important classic sailing events, Moët & Chandon—the Gold Sponsor of the institution for the tenth consecutive year—honored this major milestone with a unique Exclusive Dinner.
Set against the scenic backdrop of Spetses and inspired by the childhood paper boat a timeless symbol of imagination, optimism, and memories the evening unfolded into a multi-sensory journey filled with symbolism and surprises.
The guests welcomed the evening by the sea, enjoying Moët & Chandon from the Moët Bar, as an illuminated traditional kaiki boat appeared on the horizon. From it disembarked the hostess of the evening, Vicky Kaya, who welcomed the attendees and invited them to follow her toward the event’s venue.
The grand reveal took place at the entrance of the main building of the Anargyrios & Korgialenios School, where an impressive 40-meter-long table set a scene that beautifully combined classic elegance with modern luxury.
Just before dinner commenced, Penny Baltatzi appeared on the steps of the building for a unique a cappella performance of Manos Hadjidakis’ legendary song, “Hartino to Fengaraki” (The Paper Moon). This was followed by a celebratory toast by Vicky Kaya to honor the 15th anniversary of the Spetses Classic Yacht Regatta. The toast concluded with the House’s iconic message, “Victory is better when shared,” reminding everyone that life’s most important moments gain greater value when they are shared.
The evening concluded in a festive atmosphere, leaving guests with images and memories that honored the 15 years of the Spetses Classic Yacht Regatta in the most exceptional way.
