DELEAR, SEMELI ESTATE
Dry varietal rosé Syrah & Grenache Rouge Clean, unpretentious nose. The fruity nuances of pomegranate, cherry, watermelon and passion fruit will easily make this wine synonymous with spring and summer fruit. Pleasant and easy to drink, the mouth is the perfect balance between a white and a red – just what a rosé should actually be! The crispness of white meets the full mouth-feel of red, without the slightest compromise in the spirited flavour that is expected of a really good rosé. A great pairing for every summer dish, from large fish to wine-stewed octopus, and from veg risottos, prawn or lobster pasta, rabbit, and poultry, to pasta bakes, oven-baked stuffed vegetables, and mousaka. It also makes for an ideal aperitif.
Whites – the trend that returns every summer.
