The glamorous events comprising this year’s instalment of the Moët & Chandon Grand Day – a young but precious tradition born in 2016 – were yet another milestone in the grand journey of Moët Impérial, a champagne that has become the very synonym of success, glamour, generosity, grandeur, and innovation.

As such, it is a staple at every moment of greatness and significance – most importantly, though, at every moment of joy.

This year offers a double cause for celebration, marking the 150th anniversary since the house’s signature champagne, as well as the world’s most recognised and popular one, got its name: Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial.

On a beautiful Saturday night, under the starry sky of the Athenian Riviera, the patrons who gathered at the C-Lounge of Island Club & Restaurant were treated to a gourmet dinner based on the French art-de-vivre. Needless to say, Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial was the guest of honour.

To complement the exquisite art de la table, the bubbly night was filled with golden lights, music, and fireworks. The house’s elite guests had the chance to marvel at a spectacular ceremonial sabrage, i.e, champagne bottle opening using a saber, followed by the equally impressive filling of the house’s trademark champagne pyramid. After such a memorable main event that set the bar high in terms of glamour and festive opulence, the night climaxed with everyone raising their glasses in toast to Moët Imperial, and to all those unforgettable moments of joy that make our lives meaningful.
