Vineyard: Private single vineyard of Perpatiara, at an altitude of 720m.

SOIL TYPE
Clay soil.

WINEMAKING
To produce the base wine, grapes are harvested early, chilled, and pressed whole cluster. The must is transferred to stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation is completed at low temperatures. The traditional method includes a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by a maturing period on the fine lees for at least 9 months.

TASTING NOTES
An elegant sparkling wine with a light yellow-green color and fine, persistent bubbles. Distinguished aromas of lemon blossom, honey, and brioche, with a subtle presence of yeast aromas.

FOOD PAIRING
Pairs well with raw seafood, sushi, soft cheese, and fruit salad.
