Colour: Golden Chestnut

Nose: Rich scents of sweet honey, vanilla and gentle mandarin orange married with warm spice.

Taste: A union of mango, pineapple and apricot, bursting on the palate.  Hints of ginger, cinnamon, milk chocolate, vanilla, warm caramel followed by gentle oak and floral notes.

Finish: Long, crisp finish of vanilla, apricots and mandarin orange developing into warm spice. Aged in 1st and 2nd fill Bourbon barrels, then finished in Muscat of Alexandria white wine casks from Malaga.
