WINE MAKING

The late harvest at the first half of September and the slow drying of the grapes under the bright sun of Paros for 15 days enrich this wine with a great natural sweetness, while it retains its varietal aromas.

TASTING NOTES

Golden color with amber hues. Intense aromas of apricot, raisin, honeycomb, and citrus zest. Vibrant acidity with a long lasting sweet aftertaste.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS

Spicy cheese platters, donuts with honey, orang pie, walnut pie, foie grass, crème brullée, cheesecake.
