The late harvest at the first half of September and the slow drying of the grapes under the bright sun of Paros for 15 days enrich this wine with a great natural sweetness, while it retains its varietal aromas.

4 years in French oak barrels
TASTING NOTES
Dark bronze color with golden hues. Concentrated aromas of dry apricots, peach, raisins and honey with notes of caramel and dry nuts.

Spicy cheese, dry nuts, fruits and spoon sweets
