Aged for six years in cellars, it expresses elegance and harmony, with a refined structure and delicate finish, embodying the serenity after the storm.
Composition: 43% Pinot Noir (including 13% red wine), 42% Chardonnay, 15% Meunier.
Tasting Notes: Medium pink with bluish reflections. Aromas of crushed strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, rose, hibiscus, violet, gingerbread, and cocoa powder. On the palate, supple and harmonious with fresh fruit, especially ripe raspberries, leading to a lightly astringent yet airy and delicate finish.
