WINE MAKING

Fermentation of the aromatic Monemvassia grape in new French oak barrels.

 AGEING

Maturation for 5 months in new French oak barrels on the lees with periodic battonage.

 

TASTING NOTES

Flowery and citrus aromas along with notes of vanilla and dry nuts. Harmonious and layered, with full body and a long lasting aromatic aftertaste

PAIRING SUGGESTION

Fatty fish, smoked cheese, poultry and pork with white sauces.
