WINEMAKING
Modern vinification with pre-fermentation maceration at 10°C for 8 hours. Fermentation occurs at a low temperature

TASTING NOTES
A wine with exceptional freshness and lively acidity. Aromas of citrus fruits and lemon blossom on the nose, with a crisp, clean finish.

FOOD PAIRING
Pairs well with stuffed grape leaves in egg-lemon sauce (“dolmas”), tuna tataki, noodles with sweet and sour sauce, green salads, and sushi.
