Organically grown Aidani Mavro from “Ambelas” vineyard of Moraitis Estate.

  WINE MAKING

Skin contact for 4 hours, fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperatures. Short ageing on its lees.

 TASTING NOTES

Bright rose color with vivid red reflections. Intense aromas of red fruits, strawberries and cherries. Rich and harmonious on the palate with crisp acidity and a trace of strawberry tart on the finish.

PAIRING SUGGESTION

Shrimps with red sauce, pasta, salads, spicy food and pizza.
