 VARIETAL COMPOSITION

Organically grown Assyrtiko from “Sarakiniko” vineyard of Moraitis Estate.

 WINE MAKING

Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tank at low temperatures and ageing on its fine lees for 7 months.

 TASTING NOTES

Citrus and white flower aromas. Austere on the palate with crisp acidity and a characteristic stony minerality. Persistent, long finish and a bit of salinity in the aftertaste. 

PAIRING SUGGESTION

Grilled fish, seafood, oysters, white meat and many Asian cuisine dishes.

 Best served at 8-10 ℃
