Tasting Notes: The colour is an intense golden yellow with green, silvery reflections. On the nose, expect toasty notes, almonds, ripe wheat, pastry undertones, plus intense citrus and juicy fruit aromas, floral touches, mineral chalkiness and a whisper of smokiness. On the palate, the structure is precise and chiselled, suffused with crystalline freshness; citrus leads, supported by lively spicy tones with peppery nuance, and a long, elegant finish.
