Protected Geographical Indication: Tegea
Variety Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vineyard: Located in the Avlotopi region, private single vineyard, at an altitude of 750-780m.
SOIL TYPE
Clay-rocky soil with excellent drainage and a NW orientation.
WINEMAKING
Traditional red wine vinification with a maceration period of 20 to 25 days and aging in new oak barrels for 15 months.
TASTING NOTES

FOOD PAIRING
Pairs well with ribeye steak with wine sauce, goat, smoked and aged cheese, and bitter chocolate cake with raspberries.
