Vineyard: From our own vineyard in Melissopetra, located at an altitude of 780m with a NW orientation.

SOIL TYPE
Slate soil composition.

WINEMAKING
Skin contact at 10°C for 8 hours, followed by crushing the grapes in pneumatic presses, clarification, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (13°C - 16°C) for up to 20 days.

TASTING NOTES
A balanced wine with finesse and character. It features rich and complex aromas of tropical fruits, flowers, and rose-flavored locum. The flavor is balanced and rich, with a defining element of pleasant and cleansing acidity.

FOOD PAIRING
Pairs well with Chinese and Thai cuisine, salads with tropical fruits, and blue cheese.
