SOIL TYPE
Clay-rocky soil with excellent drainage and a NW orientation.
WINEMAKING
Traditional red wine vinification with a maceration period of 20 to 25 days, followed by aging in new oak barrels for 15 months.
TASTING NOTES
Deep red color with a rich, velvety texture. Aromas of ripe red fruits are complemented by delicate hints of vanilla and chocolate. Smooth tannins and a long finish characterize this well-structured wine, which can be cellared for 10 to 15 years.
