Classic red wine vinification.
Fermentation and maceration for 20-30 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Matures in 225L oak barrels, for 12 months.
Deep ruby color. Developing and complex bouquet. Aromas of spices, pepper,
cinnamon, and smoke. Intense black fruits like plum, blackberries, and hints of
vanilla and jam. Full-bodied, with spicy character, well-integrated tannins, and long
aftertaste.
