The harvested grapes are kept in a cooling chamber for 24 hours.
Cold soaking for 12 hours, followed by the alcoholic fermentation.
The wine ages on the fine lees for 3 months, in a stainless steel tank.
On the nose intense grapefruit & lime aromas, complimented by exotic fruits and
pation fruit. On the palate fruity & refreshing, full bodied, with crisp acidity and long
aftertaste.
