The harvested grapes are kept in a cooling chamber for 24 hours.
Cold soaking for 12 hours at 8°C, followed by the alcoholic fermentation.
The wine ages on the fine lees for 3 months.
Intense citrusy (grapefruit - lime) aromas, white peach, pear, white blossom and
mineral hints. Fruity character with marked acidity. Aromas of orchard and citrus
fruits, complimented by stone fruit notes.
