Classic red wine vinification.
Maceration for 25 days. The wine matures for 12 months in 225L oak barrels & a
small quantity in clay amphoras for a year.
Aromas of black fruits, spices, jam, vanilla, coffee, and oak. Full-bodied, pronounced
acidity, fine-grained tannins, and long aftertaste.
