WINES

Paris Sigalas took Mavrotragano, an almost forgotten variety, and turned it into one of Greece's most
talked-about red wines.
Apostolos Mountrichas took Syrah, an international variety, and established a new home for it in Evia,
proving that world-class wine can be made there.
Opsis is the meeting of the boldness of two people who changed the face of Greek wine.
