Long maceration for 30 days, to extract the phenolic compounds.
Then, malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine matures for 12-14 months in
225L oak barrels.

cinnamon, and smoke, with upfront black fruit aromas, like plum and blackberries..
Hints of jams. baked fruits and vanilla. Full-bodied, spicy character, with mature and
fine integrated tannins, and long aftertaste.
