Classic red wine vinification.
Alcoholic fermentation, and long maceration for 30 days, followed by malolactic
fermentation. The wine matures for 18 months in 225L 1st used French oak barrels
Seguin Moreau QTT type.
Complex, multi-layered, and concentrated bouquet. Aromas of dried black fruits,
spices, and vanilla. Rich body, complemented by ripe black fruit aromas, jam,
pepper, sweet baking spices, ink, coffee, chocolate, and smoke. Mature, fine
grained tannins with a bold structure and long aftertaste
