Assyrtiko 50% | Viognier 50%
Each variety is harvested & vinified separately.
The harvested grapes are kept in a cooling chamber for 24 hours.
Followed by cold soaking for 12 hours & then alcoholic fermentation at 14°C, to
keep the aromatic freshness & intensity.
On the nose, peach & apricot aromas, with discreet fruity notes.
A dry wine with refreshing and balanced acidity. On the palate, white peach,
apricot, pear, and lime hints, guide to a pleasant aftertaste.
