Produced with the Charmat method. Fermentation stopped at 8% abv, to keep the
residual sugar content naturally. The wine matures on the fine lees for 3 months,
then is bottled in an isobaric bottling line.
Demi Sec rose sparkling wine with intense and impressive fruity character, blending
Muscat with Gewürztraminer. Persistent soft Mousse. Creamy texture, with
refreshing acidity, complemented by rose petals hints and grape aromas.
