Origin: Vineyards in Viotia, at an altitude of 360m and in Stamata area, at an altitude of 420m.
Grape Varieties: Roditis 60% – Savatiano 40%
Harvest: First and last days of September
Vinification: Grapes are handpicked and transported in small crates, put in cold storage overnight, at 6οC. From there, they are crushed, de-stemmed and then gently pressed in our Bucher pneumatic press. Static debourbage follows and alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, by inoculating with Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, at controlled temperatures of 15-17°C.

Tasting Notes: Bright white-yellow colour with green highlights. Intense aromatic profile, dominated by aromas of tropical fruits, with notes of white flowers and citrus fruits. Well balanced in the mouth, with a pleasant aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Serve as an aperitif or enjoy with colorful salads, pasta with white sauce, white meats, fish and Asian cuisine. Serve at 10οC.
