Variety Composition: 100% Kydonitsa

Vineyard: Broader Nemea region

SOIL TYPE
Clay-chalky soil, altitude of 300-400m.

WINEMAKING
Pre-fermentation extraction in stainless steel tanks at 10°C for about 8 hours. The fermentation is conducted in stainless steel and cement tanks, as well as in french oak barrels at 14-18°C. Aging process follows along with the fine lees of the wine for about 4 months.


TASTING NOTES
Bright yellow color with green hues and complex aromas of quince and white-flesh fruits, white flowers and blossoms of primroses, along with notes of tropical and citrus fruits. The rich and round mouthfeel, the crispy acidity and the intense aftertaste, mainly of lemon leaves, complete the tasting palette.

Yellow cheeses, grilled fish, seafood, greens, roasted vegetables.
