Crushing of the stems before harvest to maximize the
sugar content of the grapes.
Princess ferments until it reaches 14% alc. The alcoholic fermentation stops
naturally and the wine matures for 12 months in large foudre oak barrels.
Complex black fruit aromas.
Moderate sweetness on the palate, concentrated fruity aromas of cherries, plum,
black cherries, vanilla and chocolate.
